Apartment Reservation Policies:

• Apartment Rates are based on occupancy, including children
• Additional parking spaces – $25 per day
• Porta Crib $8 per night, plus tax
• Memorial Day weekend – 3-day minimum, if applicable
• July 4th – 3-night minimum, if applicable
• Labor day weekend- 3-night minimum, if applicable
• Columbus Day weekend – 3-night minimum, if applicable

Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of $250 will apply to cancellations made more than 1 month prior to arrival. Cancellations made less than 1 month advance notice will result in loss of deposit.

10% discount for AARP members are available only from January 1 – June 15, Sept 7 – Dec. 30.

Rates are subject to change, and to 9% Maine Sales Tax.

All rooms and apartments are non-smoking.  Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.
